SUPERVISED VISITATION SERVICES
Intake Interview
The initial interview will be conducted separately for each custodial and non-custodial parent at a convenient public location and in-person, unless there are extenuating circumstances. Each parent will be furnished with a list of necessary documents which must be provided prior to the interview.

Supervised Exchange
Each parent must read and follow the dictates listed in the Guidelines page.
Supervised Telephone/Zoom Calls
Each parent must read and follow the dictates listed in the Guidelines page.
Written Reports
Upon request by either parent, a written report of an exchange or visitation will be provided.
Court Testimony
The monitor will be available to provide testimony to the Court regarding visitations and exchanges.

FEES:
NOTE: ALL FEES ARE PAID IN CASH except for emergencies.
No services will be performed unless fees for services are paid in full prior to services being provided.
Affordable hourly rates (most fees are hourly).
Fees for all supervised visitation services have a two-hour minimum, unless a court order specifies a shorter duration.
Fees for services do not include travel fees and associated expenses.
Holiday rates have an additional premium.
No charge for cancellations with at least 24-hour’s notice.
